For over forty years Fitzgerald Publishing has published many of the leading books on tarantula spiders, while its video production platform made one of the earliest tarantula documentaries screened on public television – Desert Tarantulas. Fitzgerald Publishing has now been re-booted as lovetarantulas, where it continues to make ground breaking, tarantula natural history documentaries.
The lovetarantulas mission is to make academic, arachnohistory films, on location, all over the world. We budget £10,000 on each project which covers the production of two 90 minute documentaries, overseas filming, editing and production costs.
